Known payment structure
The intended booking structure is a 50% deposit at checkout with the remaining 50% due later. The date and accepted payment method for the remaining balance have not yet been provided.
Rates and promotion
The currently provided figures are private room $5,850 and shared bed $5,200, assumed to be before a 30% promotion using code OPENGATEHOSTEL. The organizer must confirm whether the listed rates are pre-discount or already discounted.
Details required before launch
Retreat dates and duration; lodging and bed assignments; what's included or excluded; taxes and any fees; cancellation and refund deadlines; no-show and transfer policies; minimum enrollment and organizer cancellation rules; payment-balance due date; participant requirements; risk and liability terms; emergency and travel guidance; organizer legal entity and contact details.
Data and payments
Once configured, card entry will take place through Stripe Checkout. Name, email, accommodation selection and booking amounts will be stored securely by the booking processor and operator for reservation handling. A privacy policy and retention procedure must be approved before public collection of guest information.
